| azbabie's Full Review: Graco Neat Seat Reclining Adjustable |
I shopped all over town and looked at many different high chairs out there in the market today, and this is by far the best one I have found. I was using another, more expensive brand of high chair for my 1 year old, and no matter how we tried to get him to stay in that chair, he could squirm around and get himself out of it, so my plight was to find the safest high chair with a restraint system that would keep my little guy in. This high chair is great for several reasons. There is a "t-bar" between his legs, so he can't pull his legs out. (My other high chair did not have this feature). There is also an adjustable waist strap. The tray can be locked in in several positions, and I needed a high chair with a tray that came closer to baby than the one that I had.
You can also raise or lower this high chair for easy feeding. In the high position, the tray comes over our kitchen table, so my son is within reach if I am sitting at the table, and he is "sitting" at the table with the rest of the family. It also reclines for smaller babies who can't sit up well by themselves, and puts them in a position where they don't have to be able to sit well.
As I said, I shopped a lot of the competition on this one, and didn't find anything else out there that came close from a safety standpoint, and the price was just an added bonus. (I spent well over $100 on the first highchair).
