The Graco "One Hand" Neat Seat is nice to have, but definitely not a one hand operation.

Features include, the one hand adjustable large tray. It is height adjustable, and also features a reclining seat.

The one hand adjustable tray takes more than one hand to adjust, and is a struggle to get it in the position desired.
The height adjustability feature is fairly easy to use, with five different height levels. This allows baby to sit level with other family members at the dinner table.
The reclining seat is great to have because you can start using the chair at an earlier age, and is fairly simply to adjust.

Overall, I would recommend this highchair to others. Since mine was a gift, I will not complain about it's one small fault. Maybe it will work easier with use.
