Concept: Non-linear game that requires you to steal cars, pay hookers, and buy real estate to expand you empire
Graphics: A huge improvement from Grand Theft Auto 3
Sound: You'll love the huge assortment of 80's songs.
Playability: The controls can be a bit clumsy and the game can be a bit glitchy, but it's still a ton of fun.
Entertainment: Most entertaining game that I have played in a long time.
Replay Value: High. You can play this game for hundreds of hours and still not excperience all this game has to offer.
Grand Theft Auto: Vice City is better than Grand Theft Auto 3 in every way possible. It has a bigger assortment of eweapons and cars, a huge playing enviroment, and top of the line voice actors.
GTA:Vice City has a huge arsenal of weapons incuding; mini gun and rocket launcher. It also has a lot more variation of vehicles. The newest thing that I'm most impressed by is the inclusion of helicopters and an airplane that you can actually fly(their not rip-offs like the dodo plane).
The playing enviroment, Vice City, is simply mind blowing that the PS2 is powerfull enough to handle this game. You can literally play for hundreds of hours and not experience everything this game has to offer.
The coolest thing about this game is the inclusion of big name voice actors. The top-of-the-line actors are Ray Liotta and Dennis Hopper including many other famous names.
So, the botton line is that this game is insanley entertainin and you will probobaly be popping this game in years from now.
