| OpinionMaster's Full Review: Gravy Train Dog Food |
Do your dogs get sick after they eat Canned Dog food but they hate dry food, or maybe the other way around? Well that's how my Basset Hound was.
I fed him special dog food when he was little and he loved that. I never once had a problem with it. When he started to get older, I asked the vet about different types of dog foods and what types would keep my dog healthy and strong since I didn't know much about doggy stuff. He told me to try Alpo dry food. So later that day I went to the store and bought it for my dog. Later that night I fed it to him but he wouldn't eat it. I thought that he just needed to get use to it since it was new to him and everything so I gave him a couple days to try it out. After four days I got worried and went back to the Vet. This time the doctor told me to get him canned food instead.
So later that day I went and got him the can food. I fed him it to him later that day and he actually liked it! I was so happy that he was eating again. Later that night I was sitting on my couch when I herd a noise. I went over to my dog and he spewed chunks all over the place. I cleaned it up and thought that it was ok because he was just getting use to it. Two days later, he was still puking up the dog food. For the third time, I went to the vet.
This time, He recommended Gravy Train to me. He told me that it was like dry food but instead of it just being dry you also put water in it and it gives it a gravy-like taste to it. I said that I would try it because I had nothing else left except for high priced special diet foods. So I went to store and bought come. I brought it home and gave it to the dog. He liked this food a lot but I was worried that he would barf again.
Well a couple of days went by and he didn't throw up once. I was so glad! I was so happy that I finally found a dog food that my dog could finally enjoy. I hope everyone will enjoy this dog food as much as I do.
You can find it most grocery stores and other stores like Target. It cost about as much as other dog foods and come in bags as large as 32 pounds. It is a great product and I hope that your dog enjoys every bowl of it!
