I was strolling down the isles of the local drug store looking for products that might entice my two year to keep up with her potty training. Huggies had several products for toddlers and this was one we decided to try.
This product is supposed to motivate kids to wash their hands. I thought this concept would work in well with potty training. Kids trying to wipe themselves for the first time definitely need lots of reminders to wash their hands. Plus, it builds good habits as they get older.
I like the packaging of this product. The soap comes in a pump dispenser. The top of the pump is wider than most pumps for similar products. This works well with small toddler hands. The base of the packaging is also very wide. The point of having a wide base is so toddlers won't tip over the bottle when trying to pump it. My seven year can easily work the soap. However, my two year old still struggles with it. Sometimes she can work it but most of the time it tips over when she tries to pump it. The pump bottle itself is red with some bright graphics.
The soap in this product comes out very pale blue and foamy although it looks like a liquid in the bottle. This is a huge hit with both my two year old and my seven year old kids. They like the foam and it is easy to spread on their hands and easy to wash off. The soap is supposed to have a melon scent although mine is so lightly scented, I can't really discern what it is supposed to smell like.
Overall, I would say that I like this product. It actually lasts quite a while - ours has been around over a month although I don't think the kids use it every day prefering other soaps we have around the house. My toddler definitely likes to try to use the pump although she hasn't mastered it yet. I think it does inspire her to wash her hands which was my original goal.

FINAL RECOMMENDATION
I like this product and it works well with my kids. I think it is expensive for soap but the kids like it and use it to get clean so it is worth it to me.
