| kyle301's Full Review: Infinity Reference 605cs Car Component System |
I'm really pleased with my Infinity Kappas. I had MB Quart in my old car, and for some songs the bright sounding tweeters really got to me. I dont have that problem with the Infinity Kappas. They're probably not as nice as the MBs, but I can't tell the difference.
The Infinity Kappas looked great coming out of the box. They have a good sized magnet, and the box comes with all the mounting hardware you need. My Kappas are powered by a Kenwood 75x2 amp, and I have a Kenwood H/U. They sound great, I'm more than happy with my purchase. I think they're pretty reasonably priced for what you're getting. I might look at the Infinity Kappa Perfects next time, because they're not too much more.
I'm more than happy with the midbass. I know some people have complained about the midbass, and that it takes some time to break in. I haven't had a problem with it. These sound great, and I can take them up pretty loud before there is some distortion. Not too loud though, but loud enough that I can sit in my car, turn up the sound, and be happy with it.
