The fist time I used this toothbrush, my gums were bleeding non-stop and they hurt pretty badly. But, of coarse, that means it’s cleaning both your teeth and gums.
How it works:
You have a base and little extra brushes to click into this base, so the whole family doesn’t have to share one toothbrush. It just slides right in and you push a button to start it. What happens when you start it? The bristles move up and down. They don’t actually rotate. But if you try and brush your teeth without turning it on, you will find out that the bristles are very soft and tender.
Why it’s good:
When my gums started to bleed when I first used this product I knew my gums were ready for a cleaning. But after the first few times of brushing my teeth, I noticed they didn’t bleed at all. So I figure that means the brush is really working and it is cleaning both my gums and teeth.
If you do buy this product I suggest using Whitening Toothpaste. This way the toothbrush will take care of the plaque and gums, and the toothpaste will perfect your smile.
There is one draw back to this toothbrush. After you use it for a week or two, it starts to get dirty. Not the bristles themselves but the actual toothbrush. It will get toothpaste stuck in the cracks of it and look dirty. You have to make sure you clean it out good every month or so.
