Pros: Creamy, nice head and smooth

Not all stouts are the same. The most popular and trendiest stout on the market today is Guinness. I have always liked Guinness, and I still order it quite often. However, if you are going to a liquor store to buy Guinness, try Beamish. In my opinion it is a nicer stout out of those draught cans. It is extremely smooth and has a nice head to it. It is very good when mixed with Bass to make black and tans. I have never seen it served draft style in a pub, so I cannot comment on that. I always like to try new beers, and I believe that any stout drinker will enjoy Beamish. There are no flavors that stand out, but the aftertaste is really nice, not overwhelming. I've seen this beer in many of my local liquor stores, in the draught cans. Stouts go nice with beef dishes, and I enjoy them more in the winter. I even drink stouts with pizza.
