I will never buy another Kitchen Aid product.

Pros: Love the freezer bottom, double doors. Love the wide drawer for meats and cheeses.

Cons: Water dispenses slowly and drips constantly. Techs can't fix. Ice maker slow as well.

I like this style of frig with the freezer in the bottom. The wide drawer for cheese and meat is great and the crispers have lots of room. Lots of flexibility inside to arrange your stuff and doors hold a whole gallon of milk. The problem is that the water dispenser inside the frig never stops dripping. We actually have a wire and a little plastic cup to catch the water so it doesn't ruin our laminate floor. (I can send you directions on this exclusive design if you suffer from the same problem) We had 6 visits from the repairman until he reported that according to Kitchen aid it's supposed to drip. It's very discouraging to pay $1800 for a frig and have it leak. Also the ice maker is really slow. The emblem on the front isn't level either, which I know is not a big deal but I think it displays a lack of pride in their product.
