Pros: I purchased this product because of the brand and the attractive presentation.

Cons: Poor product engineering. Overpriced. Paying for the attractiveness and perhaps the manufacturing of this product.

Purchased when first came out paid 200. Was unable to perform usual product research prior to purchase due to limited product information. Should have waited. Originally wanted a Vita-Mix and should have just gone ahead and purchased. Problems. . . .Cannot always tell if product has been engaged due to the delayed rev up time after pressing buttons. Product may have a short as buttons do not always engage the blender. Also, depending on the item being blended food can become lodged under the blade causing the food not to get processed. Terribly disappointed.
