Taking a bubble bath may not be a big deal to some people, but for me it is. I love the thought of a tub filled with hot water and overflowing with bubbles. It looks so relaxing and decadent on TV. Why don't I have my own moments in a bubble filled tub? Because a few hours after I exit that bathtub I'm covered in red, itchy hives...until now. So, what's this miracle that has allowed me to emerge from a bubble cloud and remain hive free?
LUSH Amandopondo Bubble Bar

From Me: Amandopondo is, almost, perfect. I broke the 3.5 oz., odd shaped bubble bar in half, crumbling one part under the running water. Bubbles, bubbles and more bubbles filled the tub. Once I submerged myself in my bubble cloud, I could feel the oils in the water clinging to my skin while I relaxed. After a half hour I reluctantly left the bubbles that still remained. My skin does feel softer, even hours after the bath. Even better than that...no hives! I am finding that LUSH's vegan products are what I need for an allergy free bath experience.
So, Why wasn't it perfect?
The scent was barely noticeable. My Amandopondo had a slight, clean, lemony smell. The scent didn't linger on me after I dried off. This is the only thing that kept me from giving this bubble bar a 5 star rating.
Gotta Have Me Some!
I will be buying LUSH Amandopondo Bubble Bar again. At $5.50 for a 3.5 oz bar and getting, only, 2 baths per bar, it could get pricey. So, I think I'll use this when I need a stress relief, decadent moment.
