Thanks for reading, rating & leaving a comment jo. My amount of supplements tend to fluctuate depending on what is going on in my life. Sometimes its an expensive challenge to juggle, but the end results are wonderful.

I took L-Glutamine (Reply to this comment)

for years. I stopped taking it awhile ago when I decided to cut back from my 13 vit/supplements to about 6. Hmmmm...maybe I should be taking it. Then again I know someone whose dr. prescribes creatine for a rare muscle disorder. I'm thinking on going back to creatine as well. I see the $$ signs adding up. Great review. Thanks for the info, Cal. jo

Do you think this will help me not to lose as much muscle mass with my condition? I would love to find something that will help keep the muscle I have. Getting older and in my position I have to do twice as much to keep looking good..

Let me know...Bobby
