Bass can look too boxxy
knob for bass is behind the bass
The Bottom Line: I can hardly differentiate between this speaker and ones that are hundreds of dollars more.

Why i bought this
I got this for $20 after rebates and I was tired of having cheap speakers and I also wanted a bass.
The Setup
I was very pleased with the cords, they weren't too long so you wouldn't get them tangled behind your computer, nor too short so your speakers were in limited positions. I have the two satellite speakers on the left and right of the monitors and the bass right next to my computer. I currently use a Creative Labs Soundblaster Live Audio card.
The look
These speakers fit right in to my silver/black/blue themed computer setup. Although color wont matter for some, i would not want yellow speakers or baby blue speakers next to my monitor. There is quite a bright LED(or light) In the speaker thats a very cool smooth blue. However, it can get very bright and distracting so you may want to cover it up or angle the speakers so it doesn't hit you in the eye. There are nice little stands that the speakers are set up on and have rubber grips so they are hard to move against a flat surface. The bass is a bit boxy for some but I like the box sort of style.
The Sound
The sound is great for its price! I compared it to more expensive ones and I could hardly differentiate from them. There is an option on the back of the base (inconviently places) where you can twist the knob for how much base you want. I have not turned my speakers up all the way because I don't want to create havoc in my room. The bass usually moves my action figured and little trinkits around the desk area. Rap music such as the song "Get Low" uses the bass quite a bit and adds to the experience.
