Have you ever used a lipstick or lip gloss that just doesn't seem to last? I know I have. With the TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer from Mary Kay, you are able to keep your lipstick in place as well as work on the cracks and fine lines that every persons lips have. This product has two great features rolled into one.
Fighting the war on Aging has become a big part of many womens lives. Mary Kay Cosmetics among many other companies are providing us with many different products to help us in this war against aging. While I have tried some other products, I have found that none of them compare to the Mary Kay TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer. We are priming our lips to prepare them for lipstick and lip gloss application.
First thing is first - Addressing the millions of people that have lips that always seem to have lines and creases and even wrinkles. The TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer is a product that I just feel you must have. I have used a variety of different products in the past, and nothing seems to really make a big difference. Nothing to write home about anyway. A couple of years ago, I started to use Mary Kay Satin Lip treatment. This is a great product, and it certainly does what it says it will do, removing dead skin, softening your lips etc. But id doesn't help decrease those fine lines and creases in your lips. Here is where Mary Kay's TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer comes into play. It actually has Light-diffusing microspheres that will decrease the appearance of those fine lines and wrinkles, while it's truly fighting them. This is not just some gimick, I have used this product for about 4 months now, and am completely impressed. My lips are soft, smooth, and show less cracks or creases in them.
Now for keeping your lipstick in place. When you use Mary Kay TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer, you are able to wear your lipstick much longer. I have to tell the truth, I was never a big fan of Mary Kay Lipstick, simply because for me it was NEVER long wearing. I could apply it, and it would need to be re-applied just after an hour. In my opinion, this is lousy. But I always LOVED the Mary Kay lipstick colors. So what would I do??? Yes I own a few of Mary Kay's lipsticks, but now that I have the TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer I'm finding that the lipstick lasts much much longer. Obviously if you are eating, and you are wiping your mouth, your lipstick will come off, but not completely. My Mary Kay lipstick is now lasting 4 or more hours on average. There is nothing I hate worse than applying lip liner, and then lipstick, and within an hour my lip liner is still there, but the lipstick is gone. How embarrassing!!! Now I don't have to deal with that anymore. Thank God!
When using the TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer, you should apply it on your lips, as well as around the outside of your lips, this will fight the wrinkles, as well as keep your lip color from fading or bleeding. Don't worry that you will look or feel like you have some sort of "goopy" stuff on your lips, because it's weightless, as well as colorless. You won't even notice it's there, and neither will anyone else. Mary Kay TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer is .05 oz. And comes in a pearl white tube with a pink cap. You simply twist just like you would a lipstick, and the product is there and ready for use. The cost for this product is $22.00, which might sound a little bit pricey for some of you, but as I've said in other Mary Kay reviews, if you find a product that really does what it claims, then isn't it worth the price?
Finding this product will require you to locate a Mary Kay Consultant, if you don't already have one. If you need to, you can go to www.MaryKay.com and look up a Beauty consultant in your area. Usually a MK Beauty Consultant will have a website which will allow you to shop with ease. So if you have issues with keeping your lipstick on, and would love to fight those fine lines in and around your lips, then let me suggest skipping other brands, and going with a brand that I know for fact really does work. Mary Kay's TimeWise® Age Fighting Lip Primer is AWESOME!!! It is also another one of the products that tops my list of Mary Kay Must Haves!!!
