Pros: Easy to blend, good color match, nice finish.
Cons: Doesn't stay matte, maybe too sheer for some, lack of staying power.
The Bottom Line: Wonder Finish has a good consistency and a nice finish. It might not be good for someone who has oily skin and wants a heavy coverage.

| beena500's Full Review: Maybelline Wonder Finish Clean Powder Finish Found... |
Ah, the troubles of high school. Homework, tests and, of course, the frantic searching of makeup for the Senior Prom.
During one of my many frantic searches, I decided to buy Maybelline Wonder Finish Clean Powder-Finish Foundation.
My reasons for buying:
1. It was on sale
2. It finished to a powder - so less transfer.
3. It matched my skin
The Product
Maybelline Wonder Finish Clean Powder-Finish Foundation comes in a nicely-shaped bottle, it is easy to grip and made of peach and white colored plastic. It has a screw-on top and the foundation is dispensed through a small, tapered opening (like the ones found in an eye-drop bottle).
Inside the bottle is a little bead to help mix the foundation while you shake the bottle.
The foundation itself is very smooth, with a good consistency: not too watery or too thick.

The Pros
Wonder Finish is incredibly easy to blend. I used my fingers, a sponge and a brush with this foundation and all techniques ended with a very smooth and even finish.
The Wonder Finish bottle design is also helpful: the tapered tip allows you to squeeze out the perfect amount of foundation without the danger of wasting any of the liquid.
Wonder Finish is a sheer foundation - which was what I wanted. It evened tone and took away slight redness. The powder finish also helped against transfer onto clothing - something that I am very paranoid about when wearing makeup.
I have combination skin: my forehead and nose is oily and my cheeks and chin are normal. Wonder Finish was very good in drying up my forehead for a while and keeping the same sheen on my face overall.
The Cons
Wonder Finish is a sheer foundation. You can layer it like I have, but too much layering ends up with a caked on and hard-to-blend look.
The bottle design helps dispense foundation nicely, but if you squeeze too hard, you cannot put foundation back into the bottle.
Also, Wonder Finish does not have the best staying power. The powder finish also does not protect against oiliness for a long time. By the time I came home from the prom seven hours later, my face was shiny with oil. It was not too shiny, but Wonder Finish does not keep your face perfectly matte for over seven hours. Keep in mind though, that this was seven hours of dancing and so on.
I have used Wonder Finish during school, and afterwards (about seven hours later) it was still intact. So no strenuous activities when wearing Wonder Finish!
