Cons: Annoying music and commentator, which thankfully can be changed or turned off.
The Bottom Line: Overall this game is exciting and fun for it's realistic action. You will not be disappointed. If you like hockey,and games, this is for you.
Our family really enjoys the fast and furious action that this game provides. It is just basic Hockey, but come on, it's a game for having fun. Not a player teaching aid. It does have a lot of different features, such as a variety of unique stadiums, uniforms and players. The bloodless fighting is kind of fun, almost a spoof of the real thing.(which can be turned off, for children or those annoyed by it). There are no referees, which can be good or bad depending on if you dish it out or are taking a bad beating. Different levels of action can be set by the players, and you can play alone (against the computer) ,
or with friends. You can even play with up to 4 players at the same time. There are additional features such as skills tests and training aids that can teach you how to play the game even better. After initial training, you'll be playing and having fun. You can't go wrong sports fans, unless you are training for the NHL and want to learn all of it's tedious rules and regulations. Find a nice spot, a friend and sit back and enjoy!
