Nice review. (Reply to this comment)

I'd agree that just a few more details would improve it. I'd also note that even "stainless steel" kitchen knives are generally much more susceptible to rust than, say, stainless steel flatware or a stainless steel pocket knife. This is true even of most expensive stainless kitchen knives. I think the reason is that even "stainless steel" kitchen knives generally still have a high carbon content, because that is thought to provide a sharper edge.

It's nice to have you here and congratulate you on this good review.
I was wondering about the handles on these knives and how they feel in your hand. A list of what's included in the set would also make it even more helpful than it is.
Keep writing! We're glad to have you in our section of Epinions.

Welcome to Epinions! It's nice to see a blurb about good customer service for a change! Sounds like this company actually believes in their product.
You've done a great job on your review, and I believe it would be even more helpful to add in a couple of details on if/where these can be purchased other than via infomercial, and what all is included with a set.
Again, welcome! Really, a nice job here, and I look forward to reading more from you. If you choose to add in those details or have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me anytime!
