| nuggthug's Full Review: Motorola Timeport P8767 Cell Phone |
1900 CDMA
800 CDMA
800 AMPS
Finally purchased this phone after i heard all the great word-of-mouth things about it. The most outstanding feature about this phone is it's abiltiy to hang onto any signal no matter how weak. Motorola's CDMA chipset has got to be the best. This phone has the same RF and clairtiy of it's older brothers. 270c and 280c. The timeport line is the best thing going! If you are in and out or metropolis/rural/corridors this phone will perform.
Internet truesync kit is fantastic and the ease of use is unbelievable. I use it with my laptop for internet and Palm V, the software will place a modem driver on your winX machine and then you're ready to go.
This phone was rated as having some of the highest RF signals, meaning the raditation could be higher than other phones, but that only makes sense right? more RF gain = better clairity! if you are concerned about EM radiation i suggest not even looking at a monitor. Cell phones dont give you tumors.
this phone has no games and none of the BS that is happening with cell phones these days.
