Pros: Lightweight, durable, nice size, good volume.

Cons: Keys stick, light does not stay lit when talking on phone.

My husband bought this phone for me when I go away from home, in case my car would break down. It is a nice phone. Lightweight and easy to handle. Volume can be turned up to a decent level. I have accidentally dropped the phone and it did not hurt it. Only problem I had with the phone is the keys sticking. For instance the number two might be stuck down and you would have an extra two in the number you are dialing. So you must check the number you entered to dial. Also, I don't like the fact that the light does not stay lit. You have to hit any key and it will come on but if you are in a dark car, this can be a problem. I do think this phone will be around in the future but might need one or two changes to its design.
