| ddrt's Full Review: Nike Air Flightposite |
The Nike Air Flightposites could very well be the most comfortable shoe Nike has ever made.
They have an inner sock built into the shoe made of a silky material similar to Lycra. The cushioning in these Flightposites is the Nike Zoom Air technology. This gives basketball players the cushioning and stability worthy of anyone's style of play. It also gives this low to the ground shoe a very quick responsive feel.
The Flightposites come in a range of metallic colors which will surely keep your friends staring. As with most basketball shoes, the traction will last for quite a while, at least one season of hard playing before it starts to wear out a bit.
After a prolonged use of this shoe, it gets slightly worn out, the body of the shoe does not stay as well together as when you bought it. The most important thing you have to keep in mind when buying this is that you try on the shoes and make sure it suits your style of play.
The Flightposites come without laces, which depending on your style, can be a good thing.
As you can see, the worst thing about them is the price. 150 dollars American is a lot of money. They do have cushioning that demonstrates a revolution in technology, but is it really worth the price? Yes, if you desire the style and performance of the true NBA players. No, if you are just looking for a shoe to hang out in.
