By now I am sure everyone has heard that the guiding principle behind weight loss is to reduce caloric intake and exercise. However, this can be a real challenge when organizing your priorities and dealing with the ups and downs of life realistically. I recently purchased the dietary supplement Nutramerica Trimspa X 32 Be Envied, at my local Wal-Mart.
Due to my frequent schedule changes and my desire to spend more quality time with my family, I am not able to get into the gym as often as I would like and I really wanted to use a highly recommended supplement to give me an edge and hopefully help control my ferocious appetite. When it comes to dining out and tasting the finer things in life, I have never been one to turn down a well prepared meal or a seafood smorgasbord featuring all the shrimp you can eat. Unfortunately my metabolism does not burn my food as fast as I consume it.
Trimspa X 32 is one of the most popular weight loss supplements on the market right now, and is riding the wave of popularity as it is one of the new formulas that does not include ephedrine. If you remember ephedrine was a popular diet supplement that was deemed unsafe by the FDA and pulled from many store shelves. Trimspa X 32 like most diet pills are easy to use. It is recommended that you start by taking 4 tablets per day. Two in the morning, one at midday, and one in the evening and follow this regiment for approximately 6-10 days. There are a lot of goodies thrown into one tablet. You get Hoodia Gordonii pronounced Hoo-dee-uh Gore-doh-nee which is a natural appetite suppressant, Glucosamine pronounced Gloo-ko-so-meen which is a patented ingredient that’s suppose to extend the amount of time your blood sugar stays within the bloodstream after eating. The thermogenic components of Green Tea Extract and Cocoa Extract are tossed in as well as Citrus Naringin, Chromium Chelavite, Vanadium, and Glucomannan.
The only visible con with purchasing Trimspa X32 is that the box does not contain enough consumer information regarding the use of this product. My recommendation is that you visit the website and begin an online consultation where you give your first name, age, gender, height, weight, weight loss goal, and your frame size. After a few more questions about your eating habits you get the obligatory warning where they let you know that the information you get is not intended to substitute for your physicians recommendations which will hopefully cover the company from any frivolous law suit filed by an overzealous dieter. Results:
After following the recommendations and taking 4 tablets per day which includes 2 in the morning, 1 at midday, and 1 in the evening with 8 ounces of H2O for approximately 10 days I can honestly admit I had "optimal results". After the first 5 days of taking the supplements my cravings began to gradually decrease. I was not able to measure whether my energy increased, but after 10 days I did notice a difference around the waist, which is my trouble area. As of today I have not experienced any side affects and feel good.
The results of Trimspa X32 vary based upon conversations with my friends. Some of my friends are willing to go on TV and give a free testimonial while others report it did nothing for them. None of my friends have reported any medical problems, however my personal recommendation is that you check with your physician or medical professional and let them make the final recommendation. While my friends results vary, we all agreed that its expensive, paying $44.95 for 90 pills that last approximately 22 days. Another thing to look at is the fact that result will vary depending on your exercise and diet regiment. These factors alone could affect your weight loss results and here is where I recommend talking with your Personal Trainer and medical professional.
It's has always been hard for me to find a quality diet supplement that’s effective and safe. I honestly don’t like the fact that it has not been approved by the FDA and the fact that its long term affects are not known, or published in any medical journals. However, Trimspa X32 offers a viable quick fix for me. If you're thinking about trying it, my stern recommendation is that you read the label first, jot down the ingredients, and then check them out, especially if you think there is anything that’s even remotely dangerous for you. Unlike most weight loss diet pills I have used in the past it appears that Trimspa X32 is a doable weight loss diet pill that actually helps support my waistline, I only wish the cost of a bottle supported my wallet.
