You would probably never guess this but I have a small head. Not a pea head but average sunglasses never seem to fit and slide down and, sometimes, off my face. I have to search for sunglasses that fit well and also have all the other things I need and want in good eye protection.
For me, Oakley Minute sunglasses are a great choice.
About the Oakley Minute
The Oakley Minute Sunglasses give wrap around protection like big 'ol honkin glasses, but do it in a more reasonably sized package. The clean, stylish lines of the Minutes work equally well complimenting your casual wear or your power suit. Specially designed to wrap around smaller faces because wind, UV, snow, and projectiles don't sidestep for smaller targets.

The Glasses
The Minutes come in polarized and non-polarized versions. Mine are not polarized but I plan to buy a pair of polarized ones very soon.
These glasses are sleek in Pearl/Black, Code Blue/Black, or Black/Black. They also introduced ones called Polished Rootbeer/VR28 which are a cool looking light brown frames with light brown lenses. I have the code blue frames with the black lenses and they look amazing with almost any outfit, casual or formal.
The glasses sport oval lenses, the Oakley name on the front, and the Oakley symbol on the temples. Each temple has a rubber coating that grips securely but not too tightly.
The frames are made of a hard plastic that resist scratching and nicks. The lenses are made of Plutonite. I have no idea what that is but I can say that these lenses resist scratching and can take a real beating. They feel like hard plastic and are quite lightweight.
The Minutes have a gentle wraparound style which is a must for anyone who wants to ward off wrinkles around the eyes. I don't squint even in bright sunlight.
The lenses are medium dark. You can wear the sunglasses on the brightest days and into the sunset. I have worn them inside when going from place to place and they don't darken buildings so much that I need to remove them (and promptly lose them).
The arms fold like traditional glasses and they fit fine in a sunglass case or a pouch.
My Use
These glasses not only have a slightly smaller all around fit but the lenses are also slightly smaller than traditional sunglasses. Much of the time, my face is covered by traditional sunglasses and the frames dig into my cheeks. These glasses are sleek and just big enough to cover my eye area without overwhelming my face.
I know sunglasses are supposed to be worn to protect the eyes from the sun but I want to look good while wearing them and Oakley Minutes look very good!
Because we own a marina, I am often around water in the summer. The rubber on the ends of the arms actually grips better when damp or wet so I can go out on our boat or lie on my raft and not worry that I will lose my sunglasses if I get splashed or wet.
Most people would not have a problem with arms that shape around the ear but I would. I wear a hearing aid at times and it is a behind the ear type. The fact that these glasses have straight arms works well for me and doesn't interfere with my aid and that is a huge plus. It's also just plain more comfortable than glasses that grip my ears.
The clarity is great. There is no distortion at all with these sunglasses. I have loads of pairs of cheapie sunglasses and they tend to distort my view. These keep everything sharp, clear, and in focus.
I think the fact that these sunglasses simply will NOT fall off no matter what you do - sports, running, boating, whatever - is the biggest plus. They are comfortable and, once on, I forget they're there.
I definitely will be buying the polarized pair next.
These sunglasses come with a one-year warranty and Oakley will repair them after that for a very low price.
I have owned mine for almost two years and wear them in all seasons.
If you have a small to medium sized head (These are unisex) and regular sunglasses are often too big or bulky for you, give the Oakley Minute a try. You'll love them!

The kind of ugh part about this love story is that these sunglasses run about $100.00 a pair. I paid $95.00 for mine but saw they are now $100.00 on most sites I checked. That's high but really, you pay for much more than a name. You pay for very durable, stylish, well fitting sunglasses that protect your eyes from all sides and look great doing it.
These glasses are available on the Oakley website as well as several sporting sites and many sites that sell good sunglasses. They are also available offline at many better sunglass retailers.
Conclusion
I love my Oakley Minute sunglasses and am about to buy a second pair. For me, trying to find sunglasses that are a bit smaller than run of the mill ones is a chore I no longer have to engage in. These fit, they look amazing, and they hold up to all that I put them through. I am very tough on my sunglasses and, so far, I don't even have a scratch on the lenses or any marks on the frames.
They cut glare, protect your eyes from sun straight on and from the side, and look very stylish.
I give these sunglasses 5 stars. I won't need to replace them unless I step on them or lose them (Neither of which is that far fetched).
I suggest you try on these sunglasses before buying to be sure they are sized right for you.
