Pros: Looks nice, volume control for both ear-piece and microphone boom.
Cons: Poor sound quality. Too quiet and a 'tin' sounding voice on the other end.
The Bottom Line: Bottom Line - don't bother. There are better, yet cheaper models available.

| thanzlik's Full Review: Plantronics M135 Headset For Cellular & Cordless P... |
We were testing different hands-free devices for our call staff last month and the Plantronics M135 was one we tested.
The feel in the ear was simply OK. The ear-piece was a bit larger than others we tried, but it still fit relatively comfortable, but it took some getting use to. The ring that fits over the ear is a bit loose, so if you move around a lot, you will have to adjust the boom on occasion.
The aesthetics of the piece are nice, but that's about it for positive aspects. Sound quality it where it really fell short. In order to hear anything, we had to have the volume at max on the headset and 1 or 2 notches higher on the phones we tried them on (Motorola v60i cellular and a Uniden cordless). The microphone volume did not provide enough for the other end to hear us correctly - even when the microphone volume was at max (3 settings - low, lower, and lowest). When we tested it with voice recordings, the microphone boom provided a soft 'tinny' sound on the recording, almost as if the treble was turned up way too high.
Overall, because of the sound quality, this piece is not worth the $20 retail. We had better results from a $10 GE brand hands-free device.
