I have purchased an rca scenium 62" projection tv August 2003. 2 months later I had a problem with the set. It would go on and off 3 or 4 times in a row and not go back on. I called a service tech for RCA and I had to bring in the set myself to have quicker service. Otherwise it would take 2 weeks before they could come and pick it up. Well I rented a tv from rent a center at $48.00 a week. It seems that RCA could not get the part needed for my tv set. They did a nationwide search. Here it is February and I have called RCA-THOMSON at least,no lie, 70 times. Stll to this date I have no televison set. I get the run around from RCA-Thomson.NOONE ever calls me back and I am out $1900.00 plus the cost of renting asnother set...There are so many complaints against this company. If you are reading this, then you have a computer. PLEASE do a search and type in "RCA televion problems and complaints" and you will see what I mean.Than you for listening. I want to spare you the aggravation and expense it has cost us.
