Pros: excellent printer, excellent photos, excellent tech support

Cons: nothing

The Bottom Line: great printer at a great price. i love the results and think you will too.

i absolutely love this printer. the photos are excellent. epson tech support is the best. i had a technical problem with this printer while it was still under warrantee. i called epson. when they weren't able to fix the problem over the phone, they shippped me a new printer. i received it within 5 days and put my defective printer in the box and send back to them... ALL AT NO COST TO ME!!! you cannot tell the difference between my photos printed from this using epson matte finish photo papter and 35 mm prints. i love the borderless printing as well. the only thing i don't like is how it prints on glossy paper. i didn't use epson paper.. it was kodak... so that might be why. i personally don't like glossy paper to begin with so i might just be biased. all in all, i love this printer. the only reason i'd even shop for another printer is because i'd like one with individual ink tanks. but that's the only reason... i will never buy another printer from anyone but epson.
