Nice, Reliable Motherboard.

Pros: 4 DIMM slots
AGP port
Fast performance
Good quantity of PCI slots.
Not a lot of problems.

Cons: USB 1.0 (You can install USB 2.0's in it, though)

I built a custom a few years ago with this motherboard, maybe in 2003. At first it had Windows 98, I upgraded to XP in no problem, it runs it like a charm, on an AMD Athlon XP 1700+. I have never had any problems with it.
