Pros: Relief of pain, more resful sleep, quite.
Cons: Zero if you want help try one or sleep on it
The Bottom Line: I would buy it, recommend it. You should think about trying this and at least call them.

Hello my name is Mr. Stuart I have purchase the SAT Mattress formally known as the SAM Mattress.
The Experience My wife and I have been looking for a mattress to help with her fibromyalgia for about 2 years we have tried nearly everything you can imagine. Upon staying at Hilton Garden Inn for a few days on our vacation she had found "the most peaceful rest ever" the glow on her face you should have seen it.
I bought this product purely because the one I love needed the mattress and was the happiest I have seen in years I did not care how it work who sold it I just wanted her to be happy and those few days it was made very clear that this would undoubtedly bring that.
For me the story is not as good but here it is. I do wake up feeling better than before more energy. The way my wife like it thought is enough to pay for the mattress alone the rest I do not care about. For those of you that want adjustability it does have a range of mild change but I don’t find it necessary.
I find nothing I hate about this product the money all though more than some is worth it and I have spent more and less on other beds trying to find something that worked (Tempur-pedic Celebrity, Sleep Number 7000, Serta's).
I think the SAT Bed/Mattress would be a nice fit for just about anyone who can afford it.
Construction of the bed.
As someone from the old school I do like the fact that it is made in the USA. I also like the materials used (I took the bed apart).
Wool top- High quality and washable.
Foam- Does not seem to smell.
Tubing- look like plastic but are durable.
Valve- Does not appear like much can go wrong with that I did not dare to take it apart.
