I purchased this printer in September of 2008 for my business.  I use it to print promotional materials in color.  As a printer it works fine.  I have no complaints about the print quality, speed, etc of the printer.  The manuals that came with it weren't the best for getting it set up to work with my iMac, but after downloading a new driver from their website, I eventually got everything working right.  The problem I have is that the printer had a $100 manufacturer rebate and was the main reason for buying the printer.  I filled out all the required paperwork and sent in the rebate in less than a week from buying the printer.  They said the normal processing time is 6-12 weeks.  It is now been over 24 weeks and I haven't received the rebate check.  I've sent Samsung numerous e-mails and all I get back is a automatic response that says normal processing is 6-12 weeks for the rebate, check their website for updates to my rebate.  After 5 or 6 e-mails I don't get any response from Samsung at all now.  I tried calling the customer service number that is listed in their e-mails and it is no longer in service.  I don't recommend doing business with Samsung.
