Tried the sleep number bed in the showroom, it seemed ok, and with a 30 day "free" return policy it seemed like there was nothing to lose. Boy were we wrong! The bed was awful. We'd set it to our sleep number, around 45-50. Some mornings we'd wake up and it would be 10, other mornings it would be 90! Either way my back would be killling me! Started reading the fine print about the bed - things that can make the sleep number "change" - temperature, humidity, weight - huh? weight? Yep - actually sleeping on your sleep number bed can change the setting - go figure. Decided it was not for us and called about returning it. Here's where insult gets added to injury. There's a fee to return the bed, and there's a charge to have the delivery guys come back out and pack it up. Was told I would be contacted within 3 days to setup a return date. Was never contacted. Called again, was told I was not "on the list" for any return. Finally got the return scheduled. Oh and the "complimentary" bath robes that we never asked for, but got as a "gift" - those had to be returned also or we would be charged $175 for them! Do not do business with this company.
