Cons: Poor construction, worst bedding on the market.
The Bottom Line: Simmons practices are fraudulent and so are their warranties. There are hundreds of people posting problems on the web. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MATTRESSES!!!

Our story
We bought our Simmons Beauty rest 3 months ago for slightly under $1300.00 and within the 2 months an 1 7/8 inch indentation from head to toe valley's where I sleep. The bed became almost impossible to sleep on such that my wife and I are temporarily sleeping in separate beds.
We contacted Simmons who dragged their feet and purposefully slowed the process down every step of the way. It took a month to send us a letter that begins the process, then weeks to send out an inspector - who measured the defect and confirmed the problem. Then we waited another 4 weeks. Finally Simmons agreed the bed was defective. We of course wanted our money back, but they will only replace the bed with a similar bed. This will take 6-8 weeks to get a new bed because according to Joanne the customer service rep " it has to be manufactured" and we don’t stock beds"
Simmons practices are fraudulent and so are their warranties. There are hundreds, if not thousands, of people posting about this same problem all over the web and Simmons is getting away with not honoring warranties. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MATTRESSES!!!
