Pros: cute, lots of goodies, can transfer photos to my bluetooth computer in a snap
Cons: freezes, confusing sometimes, doesnt work fully with MACs
The Bottom Line: A good phone, but I am sure the new versions kick it's bum!

I like the look, I like the amount of features, the color, the bluetooth, the camera, but....
It isn't the easiest to navigate. I guess you give this up for most "lots-o-options" phones. I always accidentally turn on the "mute" because of the way that it is set-up and accidentally go on-line (and get charged!) I guess this could be avoided with key-lock, but I don't always have that set. And, the buttons are tiny, even for my girl hands.
My biggest irk is that when i purchased it, the Cingular rep said it would work as a modem for my PowerBook, but I found out later that it is not MAC compatible except with 3rd party patch software - nothing published, only made by individuals. That is too scary to me to try.
Also - it dents easily. It seems sturdy enough and hasn't completely busted yet, but the scuffs in the lovely soft silver color don't look great.
Oh - almost forgot.... It freezes! I can't believe that I forgot that I had to replace the phone once only a few months after i purchased it because it would continually freeze. It now seems like the problem has been solved to some degree. My phone only freezes once a month or so now and never to the point of note being able to fix it when you remove that battery. But, I guess that now would be my biggest irk!
