Jillgood's Full Review: Spring Air Back Supporter Four Seasons Mattress
This is the worst mattress I have ever slept on, I can turn it everyday and it makes no difference. I have been trying for 3 months to get a rep out here for the warranty and they are not calling me back. I would not tell anyone to buy this mattress or any mattress from Spring air, not only is a very poor product; but the customer service is just as bad. This mattress is saggy and feels like you are sleeping in a hole every night! The fact that they don’t even want to honor their warranty is very poor business. When I went into the store where I purchased it the salesman told me the Spring Air rep would be mad because this was the 4th one this month!
