Okay, so I'm not completely speechless. In fact, I don't think there has ever been a time when I was actually speechless. I am however incredibly impressed with St. Ives Whipped Silk Ultra Moisturizing Body Wash. I read a review here that had me dying to try it, so I couldn't resist purchasing a bottle. I am so glad that I did!
~*~Cost~*~
I purchased a family size bottle containing 18 FL OZ for $2.97 at my local Wal-Mart. This product can be found almost anywhere St. Ives products are sold, varying in price.
~*~Some Details~*~
If you have used the lotion version of St. Ives Whipped Silk you are familiar with how moisturizing this line is. St. Ives Whipped Silk Ultra Moisturizing Body Wash is no different. It contains a unique mixture of Pure Swiss Glacial Water, Swiss Botanicals and Vitamins.
St. Ives Whipped Silk Ultra Moisturizing Body Wash comes in the wonderful scent of Soft Petal Breeze. This is the only scent it is available in at this time. The body wash itself is a really pretty deep purple color. It's a little bit thicker than your average body wash.
Ingredients:
Water, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Cocamide MEA, Sunflower Seed Oil, Sodium Lauroampho Acetate, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Dimethicone, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Panthenol, Tocopheryl Acetate, Retinyl Palmitate, Ascorbic Acid, Hydrolyzed Silk, Chamomilla Recutita Matriccaria Extract, Sunflower Extract, Primula Veris Extract, Sambucus Nigra Flower Extract, Propylene Glycol, Sodium Chloride, Disodium EDTA, Citric Acid, DMDM Hydantoin, Fragrance, Red 33, Blue 1, Violet 2.
~*~My Experience~*~
Have I mentioned yet how impressed I am with St. Ives Whipped Silk Ultra Moisturizing Body Wash? This stuff is amazing! The first time I ever used it I was surprised by how much rich lather a little bit produces. I probably put a nickel sized amount onto my pouf and just that little bit produced a ton of lather. My happiness only grew once I started cleansing my skin. I could actually feel a difference between this body wash and my old one. It's hard to explain, it just felt so good going on.
When I rinsed I could tell an immediate difference in my skin. It felt incredibly soft and smooth. Using this just once made my skin softer! I've been using this for a few weeks now and I am in love with it. It gently cleanses my skin and rinses away clean. The way it leaves my skin feeling is wonderful. It truly is ultra moisturizing. With the cold weather we've been having here, this body wash has been heaven sent. It has worked wonders on my super dry areas. When I get out of the shower, my skin feels wonderful, absolutely no tightness or dryness. I have even used this when shaving, and again, it leaves my skin feeling soft, no itching or razor burn.
The smell is absolutely heavenly. The scent will fill my entire bathroom and it will smell like that for hours. Even better, the scent will linger on my skin. The scent isn't heavy at all, so, I can layer other lotions or body sprays on without it interfering.

I would highly recommend St. Ives Whipped Silk Ultra Moisturizing Body Wash. This is an amazing body wash that leaves skin feeling silky, soft and smooth.
