Thanks for the comments. Papa Bear usually does a great job backing up Mama Bear and in some stories, he teaches the cubs and mama watches.

I am sure if you go into parenting with that attitude, your little one(s) will be blessed!

I don't like that Papa Bear was villianized!
Kidding, but maybe I have a point.

I hope to be a father in the near future and have promised myself and wife to be there for our child, be supportive, loving, and be a teacher.

I personally will move heaven and earth if need be to become a great father - Take that Berenstain Bears!
