Although epinions advertised buy.com as having the lowest price on this Toshiba 19AV600U 19 inch TV, when I went to their site the price was $249.  I saw it cheaper on several other sites (by $20 or more and free shipping).  When I questioned the sales rep over the phone, they only guarantee a price match with about five other companies.  Be cautious about this bait and switch tactic.
