This is one of the best weight lose products I have found so far! I don't like to put chemicals in my body. So I shopped around for weeks before deciding to give this a try! This is a all natural formula to help you lose weight. This product is made from shells of crawfish, lobster, and other shellfish. So if you are allergic please don't take this! These pills are MaHuang free so it does not give you energy. This is the best if you are caffine sensitive. I am already a hyper person that is why I chose MaHuang Free! This product also claims to lower bad cholesterol and raise good cholesterol.
As a part of diet and exercise program you take 2 pills half an hour before breakfast, lunch, and dinner. With 8 oz. of cold water. This product is suppose to take most of the fat you eat and combine it with its contents and flush it through your system without ever digesting the fat. So in turn you will lose your own body fat. You take in more fat but don't absorb it so you will burn the fat you already have in your body.
So far I have used this product for 2 weeks and the results are great! I eat three meals a day no snacks and the meals I eat are whatever I want nothing special. I walk a mile 4 days a week and I lost 4 lbs. the first week! I think this great! The second week I lost 3 lbs. I think this is a great product so far! I have not had any side effects so far.
