Pros: Decent price. You get 100 percent of vitamins required (daily dosage).
Cons: Too tempting for kids (to overconsume) and tastes YUCKY to me!
The Bottom Line: I recommend them solely based upon vitamin intake and the conveinence. But not the taste (for me personally).

| rosier123's Full Review: Vitaballs Vitamin Gumballs |
First of all, I thought, "Wow...great idea for kids who hate to take vitamins. And easy to chew etc..."
Then I thought, "What if Mom isn't around and junior decides to see how many gumballs (vitaballs) he can chew and fit into his mouth..."
But, all things considered, I think parents who give their children vitamins should stick with those cute chewable shapes. They contain the required amount of vitamin C and so on so forth. Are chewable (easier for kids to consume). And not as tempting as, say, a gumball.
I would not advise a friend or family member to go out and purchase this item. There are far too many other vitamins out there, on the market, that would most likely prove to be better for them (and their kids).
Now, I think it is a neat idea, and the price for the product is decent (by comparison to other vitamins etc) but
I actually tried these. And, at first it tasted great. Like a gumball is supposed to taste. But, shortly after it tasted, well, not like a gumball at all. In fact I disliked the taste. And because of that I will not ever take them again. (It tasted YUCKY to me...honestly..)
I know taste buds differ from person to person, but I really did not find the taste appealing at all...(Yeah, I actually expected it to continue to taste like gum...)
Product wise (and taste wise) this product is just not my cup of tea. HOWEVER, you do get 100 percent of vitamins A, C, D, E, B12 and B6 (daily requirements) in one vitaball. This is for adults and kids ages 4 and up. This is a positve factor. Also, there is zero total fat and 4 grams sugar content per vitaball.
I still think it's a neat idea. Making it "fun" to take your vitamins. But please, work on the flavor of this thing....(Or else I am in serious trouble with my taste buds)
I did in fact purchase this product for myself. And I just don't like the taste. I experimented on my ten year old nephew, however, for the sake of this epinion/product, and he says it tastes okay to him. So, it is just me and my taste buds... And at least one kid that I know of has no problem with how vitaball tastes...
