| bandanddci's Full Review: Vivitar ViviCam 3550 Digital Camera |
I've had this camera for a couple years now, and it still is awesome. Recently I bought a larger memory card to hold more pictures. Some say that it's not good with pictures, I think it's amazing! When we go on band trips and all sorts of things happen, I grab my camera and Snap! If anything, buy at least 4 rechargeable batteries. It's great, so you don't have to buy new batteries. The regular batteries are used up too quickly. But the rechargeable Energizer batteries, last a while. But I remember one time when I dropped the camera and my resolution button wouldn't function, so went months without it working. Finally by accident, not wanting to break it, I dropped it again and the resolution button worked again. So those who got this camera may just got bad luck, or I've been really lucky. I recommend if you buy this camera to buy a 64mb you can take 966 pictures at the lowest quality, Which I prefer more, because Then seem to come out better. I chose quantity over quality. In 12mb you can only take 15 high quality pictures, 60 high quality, low resolution pictures. Use that to be your scale, flash cards work in proportions.
