Pros: Inexpensive, and faster than a roller and brush
Cons: Very bad coverage, messy, noisy, time consuming (unsuccessful) cleanup.
The Bottom Line: Use it only for a barn or something that is at least 100yds. from the road

| aphotoguyhere's Full Review: Wagner Spray Tech Electric Power Painter |
My dad has one. I went over to borrow it, got it home, read the directions, spent a half hour trying to get paint to flow through it to no avail. I figured maybe dad didn't clean it right or something. So I looked them up, saw that they didn't cost too much, ( I bought the $80.00 one), and took it home. Well, as soon as we got everything hooked up (about 15 minutes right there), I plugged it in, and almost crapped my pants when I squeezed the trigger from the crazy noise this thing makes. It started flowing through the tubes and we were on our way after a minute or so, COOL! NO!!! The spray pattern was uncontrollable, ( I went up and down the settings about a 100 times), when one worked, it didn't for too long). Long story short, I got a little less than half way done with my fence, and the thing started clogging big time, spitting all over the place, very poor coverage, not to mention the drips all along my driveway and the sidewalk. Shortly after that, Nothing! Took it all apart and cleaned the hell out of it according to the directions, and finally got the "normal" noise back, but no paint! I gave up after another cleaning and an hour and a half had passed, I am heading back to the store today to return it hopefully.
