This is the worst product I have ever purchased. I have owned my machine for almost two years. I have a one year old and I can’t wash cloths when she is sleeping because it is so loud it wakes her up. Her room is upstairs and the machine is in the basement.
In May I called Whirlpool because the machine was vibrating, walking across the floor and shaking the whole house. Not only is this machine horrible, Whirlpool has the WORST customer support I have ever had to deal with! Originally I was told it would only take a week for the parts to come in (they told me the Drum was bad, a $800 part). No one called and I had to call every week for five weeks until finally the parts came. A&E factory services came out and replaced the parts on the machine. It has now been 102 days and the machine is doing it again! Since it is outside the 90 day warranty on the parts, A&E will not replace the parts and Whirlpool will not make things right on a machine that is VERY POORLY MADE.
I have spent numerous hours on the phone with Whirlpool having them tell me they can not talk to me if I don’t have my Model # and Serial #, they put you on hold for extended amounts of time, tell you to call someone else and they can not help you, I have been transferred to wrong departments and even once someone told me they were going to transfer me into land of the unknown and they hung up on me. I started by being very nice and friendly, but by the end of my experience I wanted to jump through the phone and scream at someone.
Currently we are remodeling our kitchen and we have decided to go with a different brand of appliances. Believe me when I tell you, Whirlpool will never get another penny of my hard earned cash.
Please trust me and DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE!
