| tamero's Full Review: Yamaha RX-V1300 6.1 Channels Receiver |
I bought this unit on the advice from an audio dealer in Bend, Oregon. He was so very correct in his assessment of the great over-all performance of the RX V1300. I have heard instruments that were barely audible before with my other unit. The richness of tone through the mids and highs in simply the best I have heard with these old ears. I know one can spend thousands more on home theater equipment but , bang for the buck I don't think one can beat this product. I have it set up with 10" JBL's right now and the power is way beyond my needs.
The remote is a bit of a learning curve and I am still figuring out all of it's features. I was however able to connect the DVD player, CD player, VHS player, direct tv etc. , with no problems and everything worked just fine.
Very nice layout and design. Sleek and powerful looking with clean lines.
