Handling and Control:  
Pros: Very Cheap - Good looking tread

Cons: Very Quick tread wear!

The Bottom Line: Expect to replace these every 20-30K miles! If I were you, spend the extra money and get a longer lasting tire.

I put these on my car and had to replace them the same year! It was terrible! Within 4 months I noticed a large significance of treadwear (ei. 60% bald). My driving was a little ruff my my car is a 12 year old stock 75 horsepower hatchback. So you know I can't smoke the tires and therefore I wasn't very ruff at all on the tires. They just wore down quick. They did have very good wet and dry traction and they were quiet. They were a much rougher ride than all of the other low-profile tires I have tried. If I were you, spend the extra money and get a longer lasting tire.
