Pros: GREAT FOR SOMEONE WHO ENJOYS DIFFICULT TASKS
Cons: THIS COSTS A LOT AND GIVES YOU LITTLE!
The Bottom Line: KINKO'S ONLINE IS BEING RATED, BY ME, BY COMPARING IT TO OTHER SERVICES ON LINE. THE PRICE, THE BUSINESS CARDS, THE OVERALL PROFESSIONAL LOOK COMES OUT PALE.

When I was a teacher who needed a lot of things copied, I would use our local Kinko's store, a lot. I was not impressed with the work, even then. Then, our store needed business cards in a hurry. I tried the local Kinko's store and ended up paying more than I ever should have for the paper weight, the printing, plus, the professional look was not there. I tried them on line, thinking that the company would not dare to put out the same type of business card on such a large scale. Wrong. I started searching for a better, easier way to get what I expected a business card to convey to our customers.
Almost, just for the fun of it, I sent off for 250 free cards through www.Vistaprint.com.. Here, I needed to pay for the shipping, only. The shipping was less than $3. I decided I could take a chance for that amount. So, I went to their site, picked out the colors, the fonts, where I wanted each line placed......everything I wanted to be able to do. I had my choice as to whether I wanted to add printing on the back of the card (for a little more money). I was ordering cards that had a matte finish, but, I could have ordered the slick, shiny ones for a little more. Basically, I just wanted to see what our company could expect for such a tiny amount of money. I was not expecting much. BIG SURPRISE! The cards arrived within a couple of weeks, and were great!
I e-mailed the company, and asked if I could get more 'free' business cards! I could, I can, and I DO! This last batch, I ordered 1,000 cards, and I had them made up shiny and slick. For this, I paid less than $10.! Everyone keeps admiring our cards, and I keep telling them how to get them for free! We deal with many, many people in business for themselves.
If you think that 'free lunches' are not great, some times, remember this: by allowing the business cards to be made up by you, the company hopes to gain your confidence enough to have you order stationery to match, etc.. (for a price).
Try Vistaprint.com, and forget about the grief that you will, probably, find by trying to make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. . .trying to use Kinko's on Line.
I do not recommend the use of Kinko's On Line, when there is such a fantastic company to be used for only the price of the shipping!
