Pros: It got here.
Cons: Have other people deliver, next day isn't guaranteed.
The Bottom Line: Don't go with them if you want next day, as they don't guarantee it.

I needed a reinstall CD for my Dell PC. They said it would be shipped today and at my house tomorrow, for free. I know, it's a great offer. I took them up on it. They shipped it the same day, so Dell is not responsible at all. Then the problems started.
They had it in their warehouse, and sent it to Fargo, ND next day, 6:34 AM. (I live over 2 1/2 hours away from Fargo, and only 2 hours from Minneapolis, MN, and less than an hour from St. Cloud, MN). I was wondering how they would find my place. It would take a delivery man half the day to get from Fargo to my place and back.
From there, they sent it to Sioux Falls, SD, and had it stated on their tracking information that it was with delivery courier at 9:19 AM. (I live over 4 hours from Sioux Falls, so I was wondering where they went haywire.)
But, it wasn't done yet. They told me that some guy was bringing it tomorrow afternoon.
But "that guy" handed it over to the Post Office and had it sent via Priority Mail, which got here 2 days after it was shipped.
And, it still doesn't say it has been delivered.
So, for next day air, go with UPS or FedEx. I've had UPS deliver 2nd day packages next day!
