Pros: Lots of features, fairly easy setup
Cons: BIOS too little information, MyLogo doesn't work, no need for RAID, software documentations non-existant
The Bottom Line: Good board if you really need DDR333.

This is generally a good board. I had set up several systems of 2.1GHz AMD Athlon XP with it. The thing I wish it would provide is more information on the actual working of the setup. For instance, I do not know whether my DDR 333 is actually running at 333 or 277. If you leave things to "auto" configure mode, it does not tell you any of the details.
The ASUS Probe program is good, but I still couldn't figure out how to record history. I wish I could because it would help with my burn-in process.
The MyLogo program does not tell you what kind of pictures you can upload. I've tried several different pictures and none of them work. I've since given up.
By the way, if you leave the RAID enabled, the boot-up search takes forever. If you don't need RAID, disable it. I also had problem formating a drive with the RAID enabled.
The firewire and extra USB connectors are supplied to be attached in the extension slot openings. Connecting them are rather painless.
Overall I've had pretty good experience with them. I can't say that they beat all the other boards but they seem solid to me for now.
