Deerplower's Full Review: Microsoft Intelli Optical (D58-00026) Mouse
I’ll be honest, BUY BUY BUY! I had my mouse now for a few months and will never go back to the "old balls" - no pun intended. I have tried my mouse everywhere including my dogs back. Just kidding'. I have tried it on my leg bare, on jeans, and kakis. I have tried it on wood- note if too shinny the optical sensor will skip when tiring to use. I have tried it on carpet...I have tried it everywhere! Note that the original mouse pad will work just fine if not better then any other surface.
The smoothness using this mouse compared to one of the "ball" ones is like comparing which you would use during a presentation a laser pointer or a flashlight. When you see it glide across the screen tell me it’s not smooth. Please if you feel I'm wrong when trying this you will see. If not comment otherwise. I feel very strongly about this ok...I'm sensitive.
Note above was just a joke. Everyone is subject to your opinions and remember not all computers may be compatible with this genie of the mice.
Ok let me finish up. I know this isn't a long review but honestly its simple. This mouse is like no other. It has a belly with a red bottom which houses an optical sensor which shines a red beam on the surface below making careful calculations adjusting the mouse pointer on the screen. (Wow did I just get technical or what!) So ending up this opinion I say Buy and yell at me if you don't like it. You will like it!
