I purchased the Palm IIIx about 5 months ago and have not regretted it yet. Although this model does not contain certain features like a color screen, it still has the capability and expandability of the higher versions. The Palm IIIx comes with approximately 8 different software programs but the greatest thing is that you can go to the Palm home page and download software right to your Palm. Most of it is shareware and freeware but software programs will usually never exceed $20 which would make the capabilities endless. The model that I purchased came with 3 MB of memory. Little did I know that it would be
plenty of space. I have stored hundreds of addresses, to do’s, and memos. It is like a personal computer that fits into your pocket. Never forget a meeting or loose an address again. Plus I can Purchase extension parts for GPS, Internet connection and e-mail, directly access my desktop, and much more.
