Recently purchased a Bear Paw 1200 Mustek scanner. After on month I cannot get it to work. I have un-installed it and installed it several times and cannot get it to do the same twice. Downloaded all the help pages and books that came with it. So far it is a waste to me.

I have heard from several other operators that Mustek is not a good scanner for a novice to use.

My world wide association of former military members would greatly benefit from my using the scanner to relay and pass on items of interest world wide. So far no help.

Can anyone help.

I have a Dell R-450 Pentium II using windows 98. I am a novice at scanners and do not know where to turn on this matter.

Please send help.
