| yakko51's Full Review: Aiwa HPJ30 Headphones |
I bought the Aiwa HP-JS30S Stereo Headphones because the standard headphones that came with the MP3 player I purchased (see my review on the Samsung Yepp Hip-Hop) were too flimsy for my workout needs. First impressions, the Aiwa HP-JS30S Stereo Headphones look very cool and futuristic. The material is very flexible and I could easily bend them to fit in my pocket. The ear pieces fit snuggly and during my runs and aerobics stayed put. The sound quality was excellent and due to it's configuration very intimate. I was amazed at how much my ears picked up despite the background noises.
The downside; while working out on the benches I found it hard to rest my head back on the bench because the headphones protrude out from the back of my head. When I laid completely back on the bench the ear pieces pushed up against my ear and was very uncomfortable. They also felt as if they might pop out.
Overall, the Aiwa HP-JS30S Stereo Headphones make a good pair of headphones with great sound quality and impressive looks. Great for running and heavy aerobic workouts. Very awkward when workouts require you to rest your head against something.
