I recently purchased this system and I am very happy with the quality of the product. Not only does it give you the features of great CD sound, but also allows you to record with mini discs. The great thing about the DHC-MD333 is that in about two minutes you can be on your way to making your own mini discs.
The format for recording and editing is very easy and allows you to do many things, such as divide and combine songs. I was able to take a song with talking during the middle of it and edit out that part so the song was continuous. I would recommend upgrading to a good set of speaker wire for the system, this will improve the sound quality even though it is great without it.
The speakers are solid wood so that you receive a nice sound and it also has a tweeter to give you the highs and lows. Titling a song or cd is not necessary and can be time consuming, I wish they had made that process a little easier.
If your looking for a great sounding system and the recording ability of a minidisc I would recommend the DHC-MD333, I have found no real flaws with it and love listening to it.
